The Poems of the Earth series is a collection of soothing natural soundscapes recorded by environmental music composer Takashi Kokubo, who traveled through more than thirty countries. Using the Cyberphonic 3D spatial recording system, the sound is so immersive that, with headphones, listeners may feel physically transported into the scene itself.
In the tropical rainforest, rare animals and birds inhabit a jungle world filled with humid resonance and dense acoustic layers. Surrounded by sounds brimming with life, the mind and body begin to refresh naturally, as if receiving a different kind of energy than one finds in urban environments.
This album invites you to wander into a world overflowing with the force of life.
