These Terms of Service (hereinafter, the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of the website operated by Studio ION Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the “Company”) and any related services provided by the Company (collectively, the “Services”). Users (hereinafter, “Users”) shall use the Services only upon agreeing to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)
1,These Terms apply to all legal relationships regarding the use of the Services between the Company and the Users.
2.In addition to these Terms, the Company may establish individual rules (including guidelines and policies) for specific services. Such rules shall constitute part of these Terms.

Article 2 (User Registration)
1.Certain parts of the Services may require user registration. Registration is completed when the applicant submits a request in a manner designated by the Company, and such request is approved by the Company.
2.The Company may refuse registration if any of the following apply:
 • False information is submitted
 • The applicant previously violated these Terms
 • The applicant is affiliated with anti-social forces
 • The Company deems the applicant inappropriate for registration

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts in connection with the Services:
• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Criminal or fraudulent acts
• Acts that infringe the rights of other Users or third parties
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Services
• Unauthorized access or data tampering
• Registering or providing false information
• Impersonating third parties
• Unauthorized reproduction or use of intellectual property
• Any other acts the Company deems inappropriate

Article 4 (Purchase of Products and Contract Formation)
1.Users may purchase products or services via methods designated by the Company.
2.A sales contract is formed when the User completes the purchase process and the Company confirms the order.
3.Purchases by minors require the consent of a legal guardian.
Article 5 (Payment Methods)
1.Payments shall be made via online payment services, credit card, or other methods specified by the Company.
2.In the event of disputes between Users and a payment service provider, such disputes shall be resolved between those parties and the Company shall bear no responsibility.
Article 6 (Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations)
1.Due to the nature of digital content and online services, returns or refunds are not accepted after purchase.
2.Online courses, reservations, events, and ticketed programs cannot be canceled after purchase.
3.However, this does not apply in cases where the Company is unable to provide the service for its own reasons.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)
1.All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating to text, images, audio, video, programs, and other content within the Services belong to the Company or rights-holding third parties.
2.Users shall not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or otherwise use such content without prior written permission from the Company.


Article 8 (Usage Restrictions and Deregistration)
The Company may restrict Users from using all or part of the Services or cancel their registration without prior notice if:
• The User violates these Terms
• False information is discovered
• The User fails to respond to Company communications for a certain period
• The Company deems the User inappropriate


Article 9 (Suspension of Services)
The Company may suspend the Services without prior notice to Users in the following cases:
• System maintenance or updates
• Force majeure events such as earthquakes, fires, blackouts
• Communication failures or technical disruptions
• Other cases where the Company deems suspension necessary


Article 10 (Disclaimer)
1.The Company does not guarantee the absence of defects (including but not limited to safety, reliability, accuracy, and completeness) in the Services.
2.The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Services.
3.The Company shall not be involved in or liable for disputes between Users or with third parties.

Article 11 (Changes to the Services)
The Company may modify, add, or discontinue the Services without prior notice to Users.

Article 12 (Amendment of Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms as deemed necessary. Amendments become effective when posted on the Services.

Article 13 (Handling of Personal Information)
Personal information obtained through the Services shall be handled appropriately in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Article 14 (Notifications and Communications)
Communications between Users and the Company shall be conducted using methods designated by the Company.

Article 15 (Prohibition of Assignment)

Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.

Article 17 (Good-Faith Negotiation)
For matters not covered in these Terms or in cases of doubt, the Company and the User shall resolve issues through good-faith discussions.
