The opening title in the three-part Brain Fitness series takes the rotating DNA double helix—and the evolutionary triggers (jumping genes) moving freely between strands—as its structural motif, rendering them as a three-dimensional sonic–visual world that agitates the fatigued urban brain and guides it from catharsis to full refreshment.

Recorded using the Cyberphonic ultra-3D spatial audio system; headphone listening is strongly recommended. Notably, the track “EVOLUTION IN URBANLIFE,” which grooves on processed New York noise, became a cult work that influenced numerous club-music artists.
